O u r   S e r v i c e

Before your home is delivered, we'll inspect and prepare it for delivery. When you move into your new house, we'll inspect it again and go over the home with you. We'll show you the warranties and hands-on operations of appliances. We check all doors, windows, toilets, faucets, electric plugs, etc., to make sure they function as required.

After you have lived in your new home for 6 months, a third party will call you to conduct a survey of how you feel in all aspects of your purchase. Our own office will conduct an internal audit of our service crew and your feelings about our service.

 

F l e e t w o o d   H o m e   W a r r a n t y

Your new home is warranted, under normal use, to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for one year.. This includes the steel structure, plumbing, heating, electrical systems, appliances, and all equipment installed at the factory. Ask a sales representative when you are buying your home for exclusions to the warranty.
